First official progress shot ever. The left picture is me on the 15th of January, the right one is taken on 13th of April. I’m 5’6 and my starting weight was 142lbs. Idk my current weight, because the scale tends to fuck up my mind. but I think it’s obvious that I’ve made some progress. a relatively clean diet (even though I’m struggling with binges) and lots of workout. i feel so much better now. just stick to it, it will be so worth it.
